After purchasing or renewing a SafeConsole contract, you can refresh or reinstall your SafeConsole license to reflect any changes by following the steps below.
Refreshing your license:
- Access the license page by clicking License Info on the left side menu.

- Click the blue Refresh button at the top of the page.

- A popup stating that the license was refreshed will appear. You may need to refresh your browser window to see any changes.

(On-Prem Only) Reinstalling your license:
On-Prem SafeConsole accounts on occasion may need to reinstall the SafeConsole License. Below are the steps to accomplish this
Please note: License keys for Cloud accounts are handled on the server-side and should NEVER be reinstalled. If you run into an issue with your Cloud account license key please contact DataLocker Support.
- Access the license page by clicking License Info on the left side menu.

- Click the green Install New button at the top of the page.

- Put your product key in the box and click Activate.

- A message stating that the license was activated will appear. You may need to refresh your browser window to see any changes.
