Note: Serial numbers are typically found on the back or bottom of the device. 1. DataLocker Encrypted Hard Drives

Applies to:
 DL4 FE, H350, H300, DL3, DL3 FE, DL2, H200, H100

Serial Number Location:

  • Located on a sticker on the back or bottom of the enclosure
  • Labeled as “Serial No.” or “S/N”

Steps to Locate:

  1. Flip the device over
  2. Look for a white or silver sticker
  3. The serial number will be printed clearly on it

2. DataLocker Encrypted Flash Drives

Applies to:
 Sentry K350, Sentry 5, Sentry K300, Sentry ONE, Sentry EMS, Sentry 3 FIPS, SafeStick

Serial Number Location:

  • Typically found on the back or side opposite the keypad
  • May be laser-etched or printed on a small label

Steps to Locate:

  • Examine the back or side of the drive
  • Look for etched or printed “S/N”
